Scope: Complete paving of Chipande Ward Road including site preparation, grading, compaction, and asphalt laying. This project improved connectivity for over 5,000 residents in the Chipande ward area, providing durable all-weather road access. Works included drainage installation, culvert construction, and road marking for enhanced safety.
Scope: Design, fabrication, and erection of a signature steel structure building. This landmark project showcases our expertise in structural steelwork, featuring precision-engineered connections, high-grade steel materials, and meticulous quality control throughout the fabrication and assembly process. The structure provides a spacious, column-free interior ideal for commercial use.
Scope: Construction of a durable steel structure store room for Covent facilities. This project delivered a secure, weather-resistant storage solution with optimized space utilization. Works included reinforced concrete foundation, structural steel framework with corrosion protection, insulated roofing, and secure access points. The store room provides reliable storage capacity for inventory and equipment.
Scope: Complete steel structure works for a modern sports pub and entertainment arena. This project transformed an open space into a vibrant entertainment venue featuring an open-span steel frame design, mezzanine floor, elevated viewing areas, and architectural roofing. The structure accommodates large crowds while maintaining an inviting atmosphere with excellent sightlines throughout the venue.
